"The proximity to the airport is unmatched and the cleanliness and quite remarkable. One is always greeted warmly, directions and options presented quickly and efficiently and would definitely book again as the sky bridge is a 5 minute walk to the terminal and all indoors. Lovely!"

"It was really disappointed in the evening snacks… dried up baby carrots, stale celery, sticks, some chips, crackers, and hummus. The only fruit was pineapple and watermelon considering I paid over $500 for the room at least they could’ve done was given me some blackberries and strawberries and blueberries to eat. The breakfast omelette was very good. And I was grateful for actual plates and silverware, but again disappointed because the coffee was going in paper cups. The room was very nice....

"This hotel was a great place to stay while seeing Boston. All of the sights we were interested in were within walking distance from our hotel. It is a safe area, and the rooms were clean."

"The Air Conditioner in room 414 had issue. It was not cooling. We called front desk at 3 am and they sent maintenance person. He reset the thermostat but it did not resolve the issue. It was uncomfortable night. We could not sleep very well. We registered our experience with front desk. I believe we did not get product what we paid for."

"This was a quiet and clean place to stay. It is very near the North Station, which was convenient for us to catch Amtrak. We did think it was a bit overpriced, even compared to other hotels, but it was close to North Station so we paid the price. The one negative of the hotel was the shower only provided cool water. It never got warm, much less hot."

"I’m basing this off of a 3 night stay: Our room was not cleaned once, towels weren’t replaced once and when we tried to ask the cleaning lady who was right outside our door handing out towels she said we would have to call the service desk and request for a towel ( I called and nobody answered btw) only thing they did in the room was spread the bed once! Trash wasn’t taken out either for the three nights. Please note, there will be a destination fee that they will dispose to you at the end of...

"Everything was great—not quite 5-star great, but it was still a good stay. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend it is the location. It’s farther from everything in Boston than I expected, and the Uber costs added up quickly, around $40 per ride, 2–3 times a day. There are better hotels, even at a slightly higher price, that are within walking distance of most attractions. In the end, you’ll probably spend less overall and have a much more convenient experience."
