"The hotel is new and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the large bathroom, the excellent gym, and the thoughtful welcome gifts such as chocolates and essential oil. Overall, the housekeeping was good, although the quality sometimes depended on the person cleaning the room. The only small downside was that the room was a little small, but it did not affect our overall enjoyable stay."

"I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back."

"I had a perfect stay! The staff were very sweet and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and feels luxurious. Bed was so comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and got very hot. I highly recommend staying here. It is in a great location for walking around the city."

"Breakfast not included. You must pay to eat. However there is a food court on the first floor and prices are extremely different than the restaurant at the hotel. Food court prices are an average of 30% compared with the hotel."

"It was a quaint hotel with an excellent location - on the heart of the town with walking distance from the ferry terminal & to the bus stop, and lovely restaurants with peppy night life at the piers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a view of the town and the water. Loved staying here. Don't miss the bakery "Daily Bread" across from the bus stop - their meat pies and salads are unforgettable."

"It was a good stay, if you need New towels or anything for your room you have to pick up yourself from the front desk"

"Loved this stay. The location was handy to Queen Street shopping. Plenty of carpark options all within 150metres. The hotel is very nicely decorated, with a great gym, restaurant and the rooftop bar is next level. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning."

"Clean and easy access"

"Easy check in with the friendly staff. Rooms were great for our short stay with the kids. Walkable to the Skytower and surrounding area. The only issue we had was with parking our Ute. Other than this, everything was great. Thank you."

"This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."
