"Only used for overnight before early flight but lovely comfortable bed and room. Very handy to walk across to terminal early morning. The food suited us and we had a pleasant relaxing evening pre flight. "

"This has to be one of the best hotels in Newcastle, it was so clean and fairly quiet at night offering a good nights sleep, bed was comfy and absolutely HUGEEE, staff were lovely with easy check-in and the quayside (river) view from the window was lovely. "We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It’s a great location with good facilities. Staff are always very welcoming a check-in. Rooms are well equipped with a fridge in the room. Breakfast service was outstanding with very friendly and checking everything was ok. Great selections and plenty still available 30 mins before finishing. Highly recommend this hotel"
