Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."

Also jams need to be changed after every guest, because we had used and half empty ones(photo attached). Our AC didnt work when we arrived, but front desk staff was very professional and quick to give us a new room, props for that. Overall great hotel, great location and service."

"An extremely friendly staff. A large array a delicious items for breakfast. I have a spacious room with a lovely little balcony. It had everything that I needed. Very clean and well lit. It is right off of the hippo dome so convenient to the sites and also to the local transportation many excellent restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay there again."
