"We stayed for 2 nights in a garden view room on the 7th floor. The view was gorgeous and I feel we got the best of water, garden and city views. With Clifton hill right below, everything was walking distance and so convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and they provided a nice crib for our baby. The water pressure was strong and the bathroom had ample countertop space. Only thing was the washroom vent started to leak heavily on top of the toilet and even caused a water bubble in the...

"We had a great one night stay at the property . Staff member was amazing. Room was ok we expected to have a better view of the falls and a balcony but we didn’t. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom well renovated. We had dinner at the hotel steak house food was amazing but a bit overpriced. "

"Not fresh at all. Bread was not fresh. Croissants were not fresh. Extremely small room for breakfast. People can't fit and have to stand. No butter. Only margarine. No cheese. 1 type of Jam. Peanut butter as other spread. "
