"Oh Canada! We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean and we even had a gorgeous view of the falls! This hotel is perfectly situated for enjoying Clifton Hill and my only regret was the weather forcing us to leave so soon! We hope to return and spend more time in the very near future. "

"Our room was clean and cozy, very close to the check in desk. Checking in was smooth, no problem. We came to see the Christmas lights, so we were very close to walk about. Restaurants galore. No view of the fall from our room, but that’s not important. Very good value for the location!"

"This hotel has always been our go to. It’s safe, convenient and for the price you can’t go wrong. This time we felt like it definitely needs some upgrades. Around the shower was rusty and mouldy. Almost didn’t want to shower because it just felt gross. The carpet in our room had bumps in it and we kept tripping on one area. Missing light bulbs in 2 light fixtures and the ceiling light at the door. It was very busy and they couldn’t do an early check in which was fine and we understand. Parking...

"No hot tub in my room however the amenities were fine and the location was quiet outside as well. I was warned by friends in Niagara Falls to be careful of the people around me as it was often used by those that use drugs however I did not see any of that. It is in the seedier part of the town however I had no complaints. Breakfast was just adequate and that was what was expected."
