"Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when...

"Shower had no cold water. Person tried to fix, after got tolerable, went in and got back to steaming hot. Electric was lost on and off. Then at 10pm off no electric. Was so tired just went to sleep. Air conditioner had to be turned down to 59 in order to get it a little cooler so I could sleep. Watching TV next AM for news. Lost signal several times. Wish I could get my $100 dollars back. "Upon entering the hotel there was no staff at the front desk. You had call them. A lady came out with the a rude attitude. A customer was in front of me and said their room had no towels, sheets on the bed and they needed a do not disturb sign. She told him it’ll have to wait until morning because she doesn’t know where they keep the stuff. Then when I checked i walked down the hall to my room. There was dog poop in the hallway. "Room size is pretty small, but I'm not complaining on it. Its worth for what we're paying. This motel lacks cleanliness. There were hair of previous users in bathroom, which made me uncomfortable. Bed sheets were not tidy"

"Our room was clean, parking was across the street but was free. Hotel was one block from the entrance to the Niagara Falls park and within walking distance to the falls. Great view of the nightly fireworks from the 6th floor terrace."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Pink mold all over shower curtain, pillows and blankets smelled like urine, body odor, and cigarettes, blankets stained with blood spots, towels stained, bathroom vent does not work, bugs, carpet a weird kind of wet and sticky all over, staff does not answer phone or respond to messages, no one at the desk in the mornings or late nights, the cleaning cart is left outside over night and even the cleaning products look dirty."

Beds were well made and comfortable. Limited options for breakfast. No pool. Walking distance to the Niagara Falls and 3mins walk to the Casino. It was an okay stay."
