"My room was fine except we needed to call to confirm where the blankets where (we had a Murphy bed) and our telephone was dead and needed help to repair plus the tv was unplugged and I need help to reinstall it. We were told EV parking was free when we checked in but when we checked out a different concierge told us we were wrong and requested proof it was offered. We were shocked and frustrated and told them the check-in concierge told us this so how were we to know we needed proof? Parking was...

"This is our second stay and the staff is still amazing. The room was good as last trip. Had to use the pull out couch. It was squeaky and not overly comfortable, but this was expected as most pull outs are this way. Our only extreme disappointment was the closure of the pool at 5pm for the restaurant opening, as they use the deck. We had no idea this would happen and always look forward to pool time after a long day of exploring. For some families, this isn’t a big deal. For us it is."

"We loved our recent stay at First Tracks Lodge. Mountain view, right next to ski gondola, quiet neighborhood compared to Whistler village which is about 8 minutes drive from the lodge. Family friendly with great amenities - pool and hot tubs with the nice view of the mountain. My husband I enjoyed the steam sauna too. There's also walking distance market and cafe and Southside Diner's restaurant. Our suite was very spacious, kitchen has complete wares. Bed and pillows was comfortable. ...
