"Clean room Friendly staff easy underground safe parking"

"Nice property and staff but the temperature control system was bad. We couldn’t sleep Room was constantly at 27 degrees. Tech checked it out warned us it’s finicky but temperature never came down. Next day when we complained they said because of environmental rules it always shut down when there is no activity, also gave us parking fee waver. For a hotel this calibre they should look in to this issue. I felt like why we paid to be have a sleepless night."

I don't like liquid body soap, and I had to hike up a floor to get ice so they lost a star for "amenities" although I might have been a little too picky."
