"I don't like the fact that not all elevators go to all floors."

"Always stay at this hotel. Just make sure swimming pool and hot tub is open. I booked this hotel specifically because of swimming pool and it was closed for repairs ☹️ and I was notified about this AFTER I wasn’t able to cancel the reso. I believe it was done strategically… not cool. Other than that hotel is great."

"Great property but it’s not in the Whistler village as we thought it would be. It’s a few miles before the actual village. For someone who not local, he may be surprised like we were. Overall no complaints! Just that the parking is expensive."

"Clean hotel but building is showing its age with wear. Kitchen in our unit had been updated and all facilities were in working order. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"The best thing is the height of the underground garage for tall vehicles and it is heated also. They have a ski storage room at the lobby. Two blocks from the Whistler base gondolas!! Friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed there many times over the last 20 years."

"We had a great stay. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a mountain view. The hotel is located right at the base of the mountain in the village. The Longhorn Saloon is right next door so expect to hear thumping music until 10 pm. The hotel provided ear plugs for this. The hot tub was a great addition although you can only book it for 30 mins, but gives you privacy."

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Pan Pacific. We received a nice upgrade before even checking in, the room was great, service was attentive & the location was great. It is close to some of the popular bars which had some loud music during the day but this was no issue at nighttime."

"Adara is my go to for work travel to Whistler - it’s cost effective but a nice hotel, perfection location, and has rooftop pool and hot tub! I always get a loft room which has its own huge deck as well. Very good value for the cost. "
