"We had a double room with two bathrooms which was great for two couples or family with children."

"Poor communication about the breakfast credit which meant we ended up paying for extra dishes, which we would not have ordered. Also room wasn't serviced on the first day and we had to request housekeeping on the second hotel. Not up to a one Michelin key standard."

"The Westin is always a great property to stay in Whistler village side. Location is ideal and close to the highway but far enough from the late night village noise. The amenities are well appointed and accessible for everyone. Their staff is excellent and offers to help with everything they can. The condo style rooms are a bit tight in space; however, for the convenience of the self-service option in a hotel setting more than outweighs the room size. Will gladly stay again!"

"Had to call the front desk 4x to have the kids above us to stop jumping and running. We suggested moving us after the 3rd call and we were told no. The place was no where near as nice as the other legends buildings. We will not ever return to this property"

"Lots of amenities and great place for all ages! Parking can be tricky. Found the spots very tight and not so easy to get in/out which is why many people take up 2 spots. Staff is fantastic and very helpful! I would stay here again but would reconsider parking options if I have to park a large vehicle."

"This is a very nice hotel on the edge of the village. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the amenities are excellent. There is even a free shuttle to the local restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Very close to the village centre which was literally across the road but also very quiet. So we slept well. We would definitely recommend this hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean."

"It’s not worth staying in whistler rather opt to find a stay in vancouver.. This hotel was super expensive for one night stay, even the parking was paid. The rooms were congested and gave ghosty feelings. The rooms are quite outdated, need to be updated properly. Even though there were 3 tv’s in the place but none was working so it was really hard for the children to spend time with."
