The service felt below the standard I would expect from Fairmont Gold. While there is a lounge/buffet for Gold guests, it is quite limited and consists mostly of light snacks rather than a meaningful breakfast or food offering. "The room was clean, although the mattresses were a bit too soft for my preference. The fitness facilities and pools were excellent, and we truly made the most of all the amenities while appreciating the quiet moments our stay. The massage was absolutely heavenly, and David was fantastic."

"The best part is the property's location. It is literally 3-minute walk from the central part of the village. The room was roomy. The mattress was very soft, and it triggered my lower back problem after a night's sleep. The worst part was its poor soundproofing. The walls were thin, and the wooden floor upstairs was very noisy.
