"The renovated room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked & used the desk, coffetable and loveseat. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast coffee, muffin & apple. There is plenty of free parking and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. During our 3-night stay, we did see 2 wandering earwigs but they are harmless."

"It is very difficult to carry suitcases etc. up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator. The rooms were clean. I did not eat breakfast, so no comment on breakfast."

"No kitchen sink or tap in the rooms, so you have to buy water. The saltwater pool stung our eyes so badly that our vision was blurry for the rest of the night. Most of the staff were indifferent. There was no protein included with breakfast unless you paid an additional fee. The tub in the room was nice and was probably the highlight of the trip. It’s an okay place to stay, but isn’t good though it has the potential to be."

"The room was clean, tidy, and very quiet. Room B faces the backyard, which is good! The shared bathroom was clean and convenient to use, and the shared kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent and convenient. Parking spot is convenient as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay."

"Really nice hotel, honestly no complaints whatsoever. We had the king suite with the separate living room, I think the only downside (kind of) is that there’s no real main source of lighting but there are lamps placed around the room. The bed is pretty comfy and the hotel in general was very well maintained. The room was clean, staff was good, comes with free breakfast.. Would stay here again!"

"The breakfast was good and the staffs were friendly. The room was clean and very spacious, we had a two queen beds suite for me and my wife and supposed be very comfortable. But the room layout is not practical and waste a lot of space, beside my bed is just inched from the air conditioning unit, the noise was so loud and I couldn't sleep at all. Too bad, it just ruins my expectation!"

"We had a room upgrade with balcony which was very nice. Room was spacious. Lobby was welcoming and comfortable. Staff was excellent."

"Great family stay. The pool is actually warmer than most pools we’ve been in - which is great! Breakfast was excellent, lots of good choices. We especially liked the outdoor area with two bbqs and seating area. We brought a soccer ball and had a great time while cooking. Shower products are also great. We stayed in a King Suite. Excellent value! Second time staying and will stay again! Have to drive to most restaurants though."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. My son loved the pool and the breakfast pancakes he could make for himself, a hit! All areas that I saw at the hotel were clean and well maintained."

"We travel a lot for sports and this is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is always very clean and we absolutely love the full, free breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area"
