"Room didn't get cleaned and was told that we were suppose to ask for cleaning when we checked in, we were not informed of this at check in, never herd of this before! The breakfast was fabulous and staff were so attentive."

"We stayed at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites in downtown Nashville, as we were looking for a rock-n-roll vacation with my youngest son, who also likes the same music. Recommendation: If you do not like crowds, loud music, or alcohol, I would suggest touring the other parts of downtown Nashville. To those who think some live Shania Twain or AC/DC, with others like-minded country/rockers, this is a great location to get to an ideal getaway, Broadway St. I sent a chat early to my son saying, 'I took PTO today to let my voice rest and spend some time with your mom. 😊 I am still laughing about us singing the Lit song together, ...I'm sleepin with my clothes on" [from My Own Worst Enemy']! He replied, "As our voices crack! Love you, Dad!""

"Nicely remodeled but kind of cheaply done. Only one option to park and it’s way too expensive. Better options in the area."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was a 5 minute walk to Broadway and restaurants, parking was attached to hotel. Will never stay anywhere else when visiting Nashville."

"Property is perfect because it has a full kitchen so all the good food that you can’t finish can be put in the refrigerator and warmed up later. It’s also right by a Publix so you can buy groceries. It’s also in walking distance to all that is going on in Nashville. "

"The first room given to us wasn't even clean. The second room was ok, but the bathroom felt very cramped and small. The hot breakfast wasn't very good. Scrambled eggs were cold, potatoes were whole. Sausage patties were cold."

"Kitchen was well equipped, was handy that a full grocery store was a block away. We had no problem parking, not sure what it would be like at full capacity. Lovely small balcony was a nice addition. Have recommended it already to friends and would stay again."
