"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"The breakfast was delicious,fresh and many choices.The parking was great,the front desk staff was amazing,I felt welcomed and special,all needs attended to.Would staff there next time I come in town.The transportation staff were wonderful and accommodating.My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable and safe,very important for a solo woman traveler."

"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms. If you don’t mind your clothes smelling like smoke and sleeping with that odor present, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely."

"This is not a hotel with a restaurant. It’s a restaurant with a hotel attached. You have to park in the garage and take the elevator up. Don’t expect any help from the staff with your bags. I was surprised they don’t even have a cart so you have to carry your bags to the elevator and then to your room."
