"There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. "

"Room was comfortable and very clean. The front portion of the hotel was under construction due to a broken water pipe. So there was no sit down breakfast. They did supply a breakfast bag to go. There was no airport shuttle service but the manager said she would be glad to take me = VERY NICE!!"

"In the course of 2 weeks, I have stayed at 14 different hotels while traveling through the states. This hotel was by FAR one of the worst hotel experiences I have had on this trip and in my 15 years of traveling. BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHES AND TOWELS. The ones in the rooms are stained; yellow and brown and smell horrible. The floor in my room was sticky and smelled like dirty mop water.. it smelled rancid, my clothes stink still from being there. I was soo scared to open my bags that I slept in my clothes and hoodie I already wore that was dirty. When I asked the staff to clean the floor, they declined and couldn’t switch room either. The bathroom smelled even worse. I left for work and came back, wanted to shower but no hot water, haha. Man… I’m glad to be out of there. The face value of the building and the rooms are amazing but the staffing are really lazy, mean and don’t take you seriously. "

"The place was under construction and looked like a war zone. Staff were nowhere to be found at times. Breakfast was a couple broken pieces of toast or cold quiche. "

" The staff is rude house keeping tried to come in my room while I was in there after I didn't open my door and I booked for a week was there over night they also told me they was no toilet paper available I killed about 6 roaches 🙄"

"Convenient to the airport. Lots of space in the suites. Kitchen sparsely furnished, but staff was willing to find what you needed from unoccupied rooms. Could have had a few more handy sundries. Overall comfortable!"
