"The hotel, restaurant, and staff were very nice and the food was good. What I did not like was the room location. We booked a two queen bed room to sleep four. The room was nice and clean. The problem is it was located in the basement so we had no view of the city at all. There is no description anywhere on the reservation or website this where these rooms are located. We would not had stayed here or would have changed our accommodation to two adjoining rooms."

"Property is well located, close to many sites, restaurants, the Thames, etc. Stayed in the past at citizenM in Paris and our stay there was much more enjoyable. We expected the room to be small but the unique configuration of ours ( Room #807) seemed even less spacious. The dining options and food layout seemed less well done than Paris. The rooms needed to supply wash clothes and the charging port only worked from one USB port - very inconvenient. Facility otherwise was clean and well kept...

Best of all, the staff are all wonderful. And you’re right up the alley from De Vine, the best breakfast spot in Tower Hill. Stay here! 100% recommendation! "

"I have stayed at this property twice. it is in east London near wear my daughter lives and is close to a tube station. The rooms are on the small side, I travelled solo so it was fine. maybe a little too small for two people. The restaurant upstairs was perfect for breakfast and I enjoyed having a cocktail in bar area when returning for the evening."

"Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wasserdruck in der Dusche sollte dringend verbessert werden. Leider keine Klimaanlage, hatte ich aber bei der Buchung übersehen. Trotzdem wurden Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und sie konnten sie auch nicht reparieren oder für Ersatz sorgen. Hatten eine Sofortbildkamera bestellt (wird als Zusatz angeboten) und bezahlt. Wurde leider nicht geliefert. Die Erstattung der Kosten erfolgte...
