"The room needs renovation: old bed mattresses, pillows need to be replaced, furnishings is outdated. The tv channel selection was poor. Staff was great, clean room. The restaurants on site had good food. Breakfast buffet is great. Location is great!"

The common spaces, breakfast area, and rooftop lounge were all perfect places to unwind. Really quiet room, overlooking the main road so has very good soundproofing. Good location for theTower Of London, St Paul's Cathedral and river walks, not too much of a hassle to get to theatreland either. "
