"The AC didn’t work properly and it was noisy. Plus the Telephone didn’t work - it was all crackly. It took ages for anyone to answer the phone and I tried all the options. I eventually got through to room service and the person said that I had a problem with my phone and hung up the first time. "Basic no thrills place to stay, just don't expect anything fancy and modern. It's quite an old building. Not the cleanest but also not dirty. It does the job als it should do, you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly at check-in and in answering questions. Breakfast was quite ok.
There are 2 subway stations within a few minutes walk so and the streets around are quite quiet. There is a train track at the back of the hotel but the soundwise it was ok."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed including a full kitchen. Though a bit small, which I understand is typical in the London area, the space was utilized very efficiently, with sufficient storage to place all the things we came with. I also had access to an area in the building with washers and dryers which I didn't end up needing but it was nice to have the option available.
While there was no restaurant onsite, we were provided with coupons for two nearby cafes. I appreciated...

"The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"

"The studio room was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed (coffee, cleaning products, cutlery), bathroom was very good. Check in is possible late after midnight you just need to ring the bell and be patient as the staff might not be at the reception. The room has sealed windows (that don't open) but air conditioning which ensures ventilation. Views are lovely from top floor rooms."

"Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab aber zu wenig Möglichkeiten, die Kleider zu verstauen. Zimmerreinigung auf Wunsch war in Ordnung, jedoch wurden Handtücher nicht entsprechend der Personenzahl bereit gelegt.
Das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Anbindung an zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen in 5-8 Min. Laufentfernung. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"An affordable bargain. Very close to railway station and tube station and hospital. Nice and helpful staff. I’m 75 and had no problems, but if someone has mobility issues, then the stairs and steps would be an issue there. Overall, we were happy choosing this hotel."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described.
The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"The property was clean inside, but the outside was awful. Litter all around the hotel and blowing over the outside front doors. This put us off straight away as they couldn't even be bothered to litter pick the outside of the Hotel. A number of the international guests noted on the litter outside. The local district is like a third world country."
