"A charming, older hotel with a fantastic view. Smaller in size, painted in tropical colors, it had a casual, homey feel. We had an issue with the shower head and it was fixed within hours; housekeeping does an excellent job. The mattress was nice and firm. Air conditioning works perfectly. The balcony had had a fantastic view of the sea. A quiet, relaxing vacation spot."

Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. "no airport shuttle but Lea arranged a taxi and negotiated a price did not look for a gym! Staff were excellent, from Lea at reception to the great waiters and support staff. Very friendly and helpful. Cab from port is very expensive, $20 US pp. Lea said we were overcharged but you have limited choice at port"

"Even though it was all inclusive, very limited selection of food. Alcohol variety also limited, unless you pay extra. It didn’t have any entertainment after dinner, so very boring after 7:30pm. "

"This is a tricky review to write as some things about Sweetfield Manor were very good but others were not. Firstly, the place advertises itself as a 5 star boutique hotel, boutique is correct, 5 star definitely not. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an excellent shower room.
