There was four pillows on the bed and one person had to use three of them plus a travel pillow just to get comfortable and the other person had one pillow and you could definitely feel the springs from the mattress on the back of your head from the pillow being so thin the office chair in the room was peeling all the way down to the foam definitely needs to be replaced and the sitting chair...

"The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom for us was well above a 10 in rating. There was no water leaking out from the shower at all. The step in shower was a very welcome extra. As a senior stepping over a tub wall to take a shower is a fear. But here at spark it was so easy in and out of the shower. "Room was clean, front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. We did not use the pool area so I can not comment on that. The complementary breakfast was very basic so we grabbed something from McDonalds on our way out of town. "

"Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed."
