"This property is very tired and in need a full refurbishment. The rooms are small, and the bed (sold as a double), is 3/4 double at best. Positives, great location in relation to Enfield town and train station, the key code entry worked well, with the information / instruction sent in advanced and was well communicated."

"Easy to find and check in is remote. Room feels secure and had plenty of facilities. No breakfast at the weekend, despite me booking it because free breakfast was included. No response to two messages about lost property after checking out. "

Hotel is set in beautiful grounds; also close to Piccadilly line underground station. Standard rooms have no air conditioning. All in all lovely place. I will definitely stay again."

"Our 2nd time staying at Brendan’s homely apartment on our trip from Belfast, everything you need is there essentially and the distance from the local shops a relatively short walk and even our Uber to Tottenham Stadium was only £10. 20 Wrampling Terrace is situated in an exceptionally quiet street which makes for a really peaceful nights sleep.. We will definitely be using again #COYS"

"Me alojé dos noches. Y durante el día entró alguien en la habitación imagino que para hacer la habitación. Sin arreglar la habitación mi sorpresa cuando llegue que me faltaba el cargador doble del celular. Reclamé a la responsable y sigo sin contestación. "

"The room was ok, but the bedding for the kids was organised on the floor. Air ventilation was v dusty, so anyone who stayed in the room had to inhale stale air. Spores/mould were significantly bad in the bathroom. People shower for cleanliness or to get infected with germs/bacteria? The outer and sitting area were nice."

I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’ I waited for assistance and no one showed up We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...
