"Check in was confusing a the kiosk, does not tell you that it will email you a rm number.
Dirty towel left in the middle of the shower. Terrible repetitive loud noise like an engine in room 52024 (could not fix)
No remote in room, had to call guest services/housekeeping.
First night there was no AC. Called guest services for instructions, followed them. Set at 60, never got below 74... had a terrible nights sleep, called again in the AM, it was fixed when I returned that night.

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Great location, but still very quiet and private. Pool is a genuinely relaxing spot - probably the best part of the hotel tbh in terms of facilities. Rooms are big. Housekeeping was random. Some room noise and food smells but otherwise pretty good. Not exactly ultra 5-star as it claims to be, but a solid non-themed, non casino hotel choice on the strip."
