You could feel the spring in the mattress and it sagged in the middle. I requested a resolution and they just put a couple of duvets on top. It didn't help. "Good location even though it was quite hard to locate at first, some signage above the door would be useful as it was just a door with keypad on the side and took us a long time to local. Apartment was nice but run down in areas and could do with a bit of a refurb. Peeling paint and blackold in Bathroom. Also a struggle if you're not walking able as the stairs leading in are very steep and many 3 flights. No lift, we struggle getting suitcases up and down. Very noisy at nighttime on the street,...
