"This is an excellent hotel in the middle of origional cairo. Buildings in this area are quite old and sometimes nasty. This is not the case here. The building was remodelled nicely, and the facilities are quite good. One has to manage expectations here because this is a historic area of the city and the buildings typically lack what you might expect in newely built hotels. This building probably was built in the 1800s. Location is wonderful. Off of a main street which gives the rooms quitness...
