"When I first arrived and received my key card it was not working and for the remainder of my trip i would have to keep dealing with this issue… going downstairs everyday for them to fix my key card. Also the elevator was broke which wasn’t a huge deal but for anyone who was handicap how would they have been accommodated? However the hotel was fairly clean and house keeping did come every day to clean the room. I would rate this hotel a 5/10"
