"Charming property with delightful rooms. Victorian decor and old world charm. Staff was friendly. No elevator but stairs to second floor were manageable. Beautiful view from 3 sides in the Garden room. Location was convenient to walk to the falls. Bright dining room. Had an excellent dinner and continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice.
The check in staff was not particularly welcoming.
Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night.
The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free...

"The property and the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and professional. I didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately. The two meals I had at the hotel were delicious and the wait staff were excellent."

"Rooms only got housekeeping services on the third day, disappointing.
Sheets and towels only serviced on the third day, unless requested.
Pool was closed for "maintenance".
Restaurant had no dinner service - although it stated it had it on the website.
The location was great, with beautiful views if you can get passed all of the bad things.
Bar had good prices with decent service - not a happening place.
The place should be a gold mine - they are doing something wrong - Management perhaps?"
