"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times before it emptied, continuous running. The 2 chairs in the room were extremely old and had no cushion to say, very uncomfortable. No elevator on our side of the building, only on the side that had suites. "Wonderful stay"

"Loved the location, proximity to downtown Meredith and restaurants. Went over to Weirs Beach snd took the narrated tour aboard the Mount Washington cruise. Loved the ambiance of the outdoor fire pit and the small beach access at the inn. There were kayaks available for rent as well. Grounds were well maintained and overall very quiet. All guests were respectful of each other. Room was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was welcome and tasty! Late check out of 11 am was appreciated!"

"We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity.
