"After spending a busy couple of days in Tokyo it was great just spending a day here. It really helped us relax and reset. Although isolated the beauty of nature is gorgeous and there are activities to do. It was great that the bus stop was near by as myself and my friend only brought carry on bags. "御殿場、強羅からバスでホテルのすぐそはまで行くことが出来ました。外国からの大切な友人を連れて行きましたが、ゴージャスで滋味ゆたかな夕食、ボリュームも味も素晴らしく感激していました。近くにはススキの大平原と湿原が広がる自然豊かなところで美術館も複数あり、場所も最高でした。部屋に露天風呂があり、夜中や朝時間を気にせずゆっくり出来ました。フロントやレストランで働く外国人の若者たちも親切で素晴らしかったです。また来年、友人が来日したら泊まりたいと思っています。"

"當天因為班機延遲蠻晚才到，餐廳只營業到20:30，我們到的時候櫃檯人員讓我們先吃飯再check in 餐點蠻多樣的，也有提供不是設施，只是房間有點沒有認真維護的感覺，有些地墊是掀起來的，水龍頭也有點壞掉（但不影響使用） 如果只是住一晚歇腳還可以。"

"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
