"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"We stayed here as a family of 4 in March 2026. We stayed in a Japanese style room. The room has a toilet and sink but no shower. There are both indoor and outdoor baths however which we enjoyed! The indoor bath change area is a bit small if there are several people using it at the same time. The outdoor bath is lovely and quiet but with no shower area to shampoo/soap up so you need to go down the stairs to the indoor area to do this. Both outdoor and indoor baths are separated by gender.
