"This hotel continues to evolve and somehow gets even better with every stay. Since my last visit, they’ve refurbished the gym and added filtered water and coffee machines to the rooms, showing a genuine commitment to continually improving the guest experience. "The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. The Quaterdeck bar is great, a special mention must go to Reuben and Ritika who were so attentive and always so welcoming, loveliest people. "Great hotel. Loved the adults only rooftop pool. Much quieter than the pools downstairs. Only downside is the bar is open 11-5 but advertised in the elevators as 10:30-6."

"We overall had a good experience. Every restaurant was buffet-style, but there was a great variety and the quality was consistently very good. The all-inclusive package offered plenty of choices, and having easy access to the beach directly across the street was a big plus.
