Some things we needed to buy to make it a bit more comfortable like dish soap and better bathroom wash. But we had a shop over the road that sells most things and if you get a car you have a Lidl supermarket 10min away "

"Door opens directly on a major highway--it was the noisiest place I have ever slept. My husband's room had an ant infestation in the bathroom. I booked a room for 3 people and it had only 1 king bed for all of them."

"Parking is a huge issue, do not rent a car if you don’t have to. The walls are paper thin and you could hear almost everything next door. I was thankful that everyone respected quiet time though. I walked for blocks and blocks and wasn’t able to find a coffee shop anywhere. There is a big mall about a 20 walk that had most everything."

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, and we were allowed to check in a little earlier than scheduled, which we greatly appreciated. As a lovely gesture, we received a complimentary drink at Ellul Wines & Spirits, which made us feel especially welcome. "Room was clean but there were a lot of scented, strong cleaning products used and both of us had reactions. Not serious but reactions. I have to say I had not let people know ahead of time but in North America ‘scent free’ is extremely prevalent"
