"The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was less than amazing. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the sink handles were loose and hard to turn off. If you turned it too far, the water would turn back on. It was a good location."

"Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. None of these things by themselves...

"The only thing that I didn't like about staying here was they were sealing the parking lot so it made parking a little inconvenient but other than that everything was GREAT. Highly recommend!!"

"Breakfast was not very good. Minimal choice, lukewarm at best, oatmeal ran out, yogurt and fruit selections were minimal. Coffee & OJ very good! Need better variety, more taste and having someone checking when “run outs” occur"

"Awful experience. Appeared to be people that were living in this hotel. Could smell marijuana smoke from the rooms adjacent. Viewed a creepy crawly pest in bathroom. Air conditioner was as loud as a lawn mower. We checked in, but did not stay overnight in the room - went to a different hotel."

"The property is full Of mold in the windows tubs shower stalls…shower floors were slimy has to place 4 towels in the shower floor to feel just a little comfortable getting in there for a shower"

"Glad I stayed here through a tornado warning. Nice old hotel with lots of original features. The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early."

"the evening food and breakfast were very convenient and appreciated. Everything was fine except the beds were very soft and didn't give as good back support as our old bodies prefer. That's the only reason for 4 stars since we might choose a different option in the future because of the poor sleep and aches the next day."

"Saw staff only once when checking in, very poor service. Limited pool hours, exercise room stayed locked, no room cleaning during stay offered. Continental breakfast was Saran-wrapped breads."

"No oatmeal for breakfast. The pot was there but it was empty. The TV did not work. Room 216. The automatic night shade n did not work either. UNACCEPTABLE considering what we paid for the room. At least Motel 6 has a TV that works."
