"Firstly the staff were very attentive. At the start when checking in the guy behind the desk asked what we were up to for the day so he could further assist. "I booked this hotel as it is the only one in the area with a pool, however when I arrived I was told the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as I was not told at the time of booking and the room was non refundable. The rooms are very dated with small beds and limited amenities."
