"On our first night staying at this hotel my boyfriend woke up with bed bug bites all over his right arm. We checked in Friday night around 7pm and woke up to this. We stayed on 14th floor in a California king corner room room 1403. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we woke up and noticed it. They did not act suprised they documented it and even took pictures of his arm. We demanded a new room and thankfully the rest of our stay no more bites in the new room on the 18th floor.
