"There was mold smell in our room the air was heavy with moisture and the carpets was damp with it. It caused my husband to have issues breathing so we checked out a day early and I have yet to hear about a refund. We talk to other guest in our floor and their rooms was the same!"

"This was our family vacation. The rooms were great, the pools were great, location was great, activities for the kids were great and we will be back. Only complaint I would have is the wrist bands for access to pool were not comfortable to wear."

"It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please."
