"The front desk were super friendly and helpful.. the rooms on the other hand… they appear nice at first glance but every time I’d use something in the room I’d notice how gross it was. The showers have mold all in the grout and shower heads.. the mirrors were dirty with a black substance on one of them. The floors had cigarette butts behind the bed all the outlets were broken and loose missing the face plates. The toilets weren’t clean and the desks, refrigerators, and microwaves seemed to have...

"Clean hotel. They even upgraded us to a suite when we were checking in. Very kind to make our stay so nice! We were visiting Memphis but didn’t want to stay in the city. This hotel was a short drive across the bridge. Safe neighborhood. Would stay here again! "

"This was my second stay at this property and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is easy to reach. The complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. The onsite bar is upscale and service was excellent. The location is very walkable and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants.
