"Always a great stay everytime I'm in Chicago."

"As of Nov 5, security deposit was not returned. And the staff does not provide any assistance."

"The main area of the hotel is old and beautiful. The rooms are quite basic and due for upgrades. The bathroom had stool on the toilet when we arrived. No fan in the bathroom or working window so the room got very humid when we showered. I’m surprised that I didn’t see mold. Bed was comfy."

"I loved that everything was within a walkable distance! The view, breakfast, and staff at the rooftop were amazing. Shower curtain was dirty and the cobwebs on the windows killed the view. The lady we found at the front desk was not friendly!"

"Strategic location, walking distance to Chicago River and Magnificent Mile"

"Chambre propre Check in courtois mais bémols sur l’entre gens du personnel à la salle à manger et la personne qui s’occupe des valises il était très préoccupé par son pourboire c’est la première chose qu’il nous a mentionné"

"Please consider having decaf coffee as an option for breakfast. Some guests can not have caffeinated beverages."

"Great hotel for a weekend, I wish the room could have security box in it and bigger trash can. The staff is friendly, restaurant and bar were good. I surely will reserve again."

"It's a nice hotel in a good location. The spaces are a little small but adequate. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. My only real compliant is the lack of free brewed coffee but we did get a $10/day voucher to use to buy coffee in the lobby cafe. I would say the lobby cafe is a weak point that the hotel probably has no association with."

"Love this hotel! A great atmosphere! We love happy hour and the tacos!!"
