"We were a little surprised that they changed the locks on the doors without telling us. We had to a number we found in s mail and was told that the lock had been changed. No note on the door, no warning - nothing. Really odd. "

"Beautiful property that wasn't far from town. Everyone was so nice there! our TV didn't work and they had someone there to check on it even before my husband got back from walking down to the front desk! The problem never got resolved but they did give me a gift when I checked out. It worked fine for us!"

"Came up to winter hike some of the high peaks and this was a perfect spot. Very clean, seamless check-in/out, straight to the point motel. One of the better options out of the lot to choose from in Lake Placid. Will be staying here again. "
