"Wonderful breakfast."

"Historic but very tired - maintenance issues abound leaving a lot to be desired in this rental price range. Shower/bath tub with rusted drain was tiny with a plastic shower curtain surround and unclean looking old surroundings. The property outside was in need of serious weeding and upkeep. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. The bed and room were comfortable but damaged surfaces around a hot tub and old furniture in poor condition did not lend a nod to antique...

"Stayed at the Inn for 2 nights. Made reservations through Expedia and paid in full. We reserved the Hackney suite. Prior to the arrival date we received 3 messages from The Inn at Whitewing Farm welcoming us and letting us know of all amenities and the fees associated with them nothing else. "This was such a cute bed and breakfast in Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk in. Easy to catch a bus into downtown or the historic old city. Each room was unique (we peeked in a couple open doors while being cleaned.) The free breakfast was simple but good and because there are only so many guests, never crowded. Staff were nice and helpful. The building is older, and we had to climb 4 stories to our room, which I did not know. Getting luggage up there...

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, maybe overly so. The breakfast was fine. I would call it "fancy food." Not my kind of thing. There climate control in the room was good, but the bathroom was difficult to control as it was on the top floor with no fan that worked. The bed were firm and the pillows good. It might be good to note the rooms location on the booking. I may not have booked a 3rd floor room for my elderly mother."

"We had a wonderful stay. We were welcomed by a very kind and friendly couple who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful and has a very interesting history that made our stay even more special. Roland, the owner, personally gave us a tour of the property and shared fascinating stories about the house.
