The first room offered was very small and with a tiny bathroom but later we were given a bigger room with more space. Our room was kept clean all through our stay and towels changed regularly. "Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Airport pickup was very helpful after 20+ hours in the air. Nice to have the cheaper rooms in the Boma Inn and the amenities of the Boma Hotel included. Only negative was the staff insisting on using the Boma vehicles for arranging rides and not taxis, which are much cheaper than the hotel vehicles which charge in dollars. After you get to the hotel, use the Uber app and mpesa or Kenya Shillings."
