"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. "Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much."

Very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, Singaporean restaurant onsite, close to fashionable South Kensington shops and restaurants. Rooms were very clean with coffee machines / tea kettle and refrig. All the amenities. Room size was average-to-large for a big city hotel. Didn't try to gym, but apparently they have one. Would stay there again."
