"Love the Portland Guest House, fantastic location for wide choice of restaurants in the town. The place is always spotless and the staff are so friendly.

"For me, the main reason to stay in a hotel is to get sleep which requires a comfy bed, darkness and quiet. Unfortunately here the windows are very old sash style windows which are not double glazed and have lots of gaps. There were several broken locks and handles indicating they know this is an issue. "Location is perfect, merely a 5 minute walk and you are in Cheltenham centre right by the brewery quarter, plenty of choice for food all within minutes of the apartment. The gentleman that checked us in on reception was so friendly and informative.
