"Upon our arrival it was a pile of ants above the door, crawling the walls, roof and door. I went to the office and was told to spray outdoor spray. No one every asked us if that resolved the bugs, if we were still having an issue, had we seen anything else. Absolutely noting. The walls are thin. You hear everything poor nsulation. You can't use tap and pay and they charge an extra $10 if paying in cash. They want you to book online/reserve online. "

"Yes good condition. Clean n newish. Turn offs were a way to describe "clinical, sterile, non relaxing feel" of the old days La Quinta feel. Bland, neutral colors, unlike home, chrome fixtures throughout, and a "cold feeling". Again sterile cones to mind. The second thing was the breakfast..staff was great fixing the ingredients they were provided by the management. The ownership or management should spent 2 buks more per guest and provide non rubbery eggs, bacon, sausage. Dry over hard egg...

"This hotel claims to have a hot breakfast. But for 3 days they had a sign that said their oven was broken so no hot breakfast. The last two days the entire breakfast area was closed by the State health department. I asked about a reduction in rates but the clerk said he didn't have any control over that. Also one of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I also found a barrette and a TV remote under the bed, so apparently the bed hadn't been cleaned under"

"Staff couldn’t be bothered very unfriendly. Went to use the pool and was told we couldn’t use it. The whole reason for booking there was so we could have a pool day after our cruise. Staff not apologetic in anyway at all. Actually told me I am crazy to let my kids swim anyway they will get sick. Then told me what do you expect from an airport hotel. Room had stains all over the carpet, bed sheet had stains and were ripped. Had to ask for bedding for the second bed. Foot stool also ripped....

"Airport shuttle took almost an hour to come to pick me up, the room (I had to change 3, first door didn’t work, second black out curtains broken and a/c very noise and stinky, third just stinky) but I was exhausted after 12 hours flight, one hour waiting at the airport and one hour to find a better room. The following day was a surprise founding just a cup of coffee edible, the poor selection and quality of breakfast was ridiculously low. A big shame for a property making part of the Wyndham's...
