"It was my first time staying here and is now my favorite hotel in downtown Saint Louis. Everything was great: location, style, condition, cleanliness, staff, amenities, and the room was phenomenal. Although I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it, the rooftop pool and the whole atmosphere was top notch. Moving forward, I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Saint Louis. "

"I selected a room with a view of the Gateway Arch but the window facing it was completely covered with something that obsructed the view. Also, there were no plug ins next to tables so we had to set our cell phones on the floor to charge them."

The Bistro hours are lame. The meatballs did not look anything like the picture and was way over priced $15 for 5 They were frozen meatballs I could get 30 of them at Walmart for $3. "The room and staff was fabulous but was not told they had major interior renovations being done. It was loud full of workers and construction trucks parked everywhere. I paid for the "Best" stay for my daughter, granddaughters and a great grand baby. My health is not well at nearly 70 and wanted it to be special. Which it was not. Pool and hot tub closed. The staff was incredible and evening meal fantastic. I hv no problem with the Drury staff but we would hv stayed at Union Station if we knew...
