"Bed comfortable but no aircon, clean hotel, lovely staff, lots of stairs and no lift, staff will help with your luggage though. Restaurant lovely and breakfast was great."

"Room was very tired. Double bed was actually two separate mattresses that were of slightly different thickness - so it was a bit uncomfortable. That said, the reception staff were very polite and helpful. Location excellent!"

"The window in the bedroom did not shut fully which meant the sound of the planes landing at Heathrow were particularly noisy. We had been moved down from floor 2 to 1, which unfortunately also meant our view was just the side of a building and the heating systems on the flat roof. Good location, nice amenities, but the room itself did not provide the best night’s sleep I’ve had."

"Amazing property, great access to train station, eateries, Windsor castle and everything Windsor has to offer. Rooms were a great size with good amenities. No lift but the stairs were not a problem even on the top floor."

"This beautiful hotel was well kept and staffed by caring folks. Our premium double room was clean, quiet and large. We had a wonderful sleep and a full breakfast the next morning. The parking was definitely worth the reservation. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely area! Would recommend!"

"We booked a 2 bed apartment. One room had a single bed. However we’re truly delighted to have an upgrade to a huge and spacious 2 double bed (and en-suite). And a balcony ! It was a wonderful break- right in centre of Windsor and 5 mins to Castle. Parking on site. Secure also. Requested a slightly later check out which was granted too and could leave car parked until we left (car park next door was £7 per hr so this was also appreciated). Host super helpful and efficient.
