"From the photos of the rooms I had seen, I was prepared for a rather boring, average room, so I was very pleasantly surprised when the room turned out to be very stylish and charming. The fabrics were of lovely and of good quality and there were antiques as well as modern touches. The bathroom was spacious and had really nice granite and large porcelain tile. There was a jacuzzi tub which we enjoyed a soak in. We had dinner in the restaurant. It has a fairly simple looking menu, but the mushroom...

"The location is great, you walk out of the door and walk down the street and you’re at all the shops and Windsor Castle! The train station is also super close!"

"We had a wonderful stay here, even with the construction the hotel is doing. Our room was comfortable and clean, with welcoming free beverages, snacks, coffee and tea. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We were within easy walking distance to the train station, shops, and pubs."

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

"Wonderful stay for the summer with river views and amazing terrace. So many peaceful places to sit and watch the river in the grounds. The rooms were lovely - spacious, big bed and bathrooms and the extra amenities were very appreciated. Its a stunning setting for a summer break."

"Nice clean modern property. Our room was very quiet. It was a 5 minute walk to hop on Train to Windsor. The restaurant was closed for dinner so we didn’t try it. Close to shops and restaurants, very nice staff!"
