The Drey - Kensington, Earl's Court
Fantastic area! Our first time at The Drey and it won't be our last! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the app to access the outer doors and our room. We requested housekeeping just one day of our stay, but it was excellent.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
Didn't sleep very well, room temperature was very hard to maintain at a comfortable level, water glasses on table in level 1 restaraunt were dirty althought the food for dinner and breakfast was very very good.

Hospitality was very good but we were disappointed to find that a service charge was added to all purchases at the bar that we were not told about. We only realised this when reviewing the receipt. Service charges should be at the customers discretion. There was also a £50 deposit that was asked ...
