"Everything good "

"Rooms are good condition, but No AC during the day outside weather is not to cold or too hot but stil in the 70's wish it have AC, very close to the beach takes only couple minutes walk."

"Front desk friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. Everything explained clearly. It’s in walking distance from a pizza place and a couple other restaurants, which was nice to not have to drive. But during the night around 2 am there seem to be a little party outside our door but didn’t seem to last long as it dissipated in a short time. The breakfast is minimal but it’s free so can’t complain. The room is clean, the A/C works great, and the bed is comfortable. Was a good stay...

"Rooms were very nicely updated and spacious. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large and clean. My girlfriend loved the makeup table and mirrors!! Staff was friendly and inviting "

"I want to say it’s bad so it won’t be booked up the next time I want to stay here, but I can’t. What a great little hotel with awesome staff and a breakfast that included a few GF items. I will definitely stay here again soon! For reference, I’m Marriott Platinum for Life so I was a tad worried about booking here…but I was extremely pleased with the comfort, location and overall quality of this cute little place. "

"What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here."
