"Wonderful location and dining experience. The odd niggle including issue with elderly mothers room, requested walk in shower but on arrival given a room with bath. It was quickly sorted however. "Clean room, relaxing spa"

"We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...

"Staff very good, and friendly. Food good. Hotel in need of refurb, looking dated inside and room sadly wasn't very clean. I was only staying for 1 night, so didn't want to ask to change rooms and bed was clean. Shame, as this was the only thing that let the place down."
