"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. "The toilet and shower are common, with no privacy at all. The pod does not have enough space, and the common shower does not have a temperature adjustment. Not ideal for families with kids. And the cost is high for these facilities."

"I think my review of 3 stars is about bang on, it's exactly that - ok. Room, cleanliness, helpfulness, breakfast all ok. Would I go back? Not in a hurry..."

"This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it."

"Lovely hotel in a central location. Parking at the hotel was easy but expensive but there are plenty of other car parks close by, e.g. Tuesday Market Place car park is outside the hotel The staff we extremely friendly and very helpful. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant, the food was very nice and reasonably priced. The service was extremely good despite there being a large coach party also dining at the same time. "Clean room, helpful check-in staff"

"Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in."
