"We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff.
Also, we were unable to get the master bedroom temperature correct. Unit ran continually.

"This is my kids favorite hotel as the pool is amazing, awesome arcade, Batleys Restaurant. We have stayed here many times but haven't even had a chance to enjoy the playground or mini golf yet."
