"The water park needs to be worked on many things do not work and the wave pool barely makes waves and was very cold had lots of life guards though decent breakfast buffet for the price room was very plain just basic beds were comfortable but I probably won't visit here again needs to be updated"

"Did not stay at the place I reserved as I was told my reservation was moved to a different hotel. I received no voicemail or email on this change. I wasn’t made aware of this until i tried checking in with my family. Was told by Wyndham and Expedia that i am unable to get a refund and there was nothing that i can do. Not happy at all about this. "

"Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room.
