"The hotel was very convenient as we landed form British Airways which ended up being the same terminal. We travelled with 11 people including kids and wheelchairs and it was so easy to get to from the airport. I would definitely stay here again if i had to do a 1-2 day trip in London"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. The room smelled bad ( like fish) When we checked in our room. So we had to checked in another room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the second room we changed to got problem with the sink. It was clogged up and the water wouldn’t go down. Here we go again, ..."
